Cancellation Policy
Once you have received confirmation of your reservation for the training course you will be liable for the entire course fee unless: 1) you give 7 full business days notification of cancellation, in which you will receive a full refund or transfer to another time agreed to by both parties at no cost or consequence. 2) you give 2 full business days notification of cancellation, in which you will receive a refund LESS a $50.00 deposit PER applicate. 3) you give LESS than 2 full business days notification or are a NO SHOW, in which you will receive NO refund, you will be liable for the entire course fee.
