Service Description
Intermediate First Aid (formerly Standard First Aid) is the most commonly required training course in the workplace. In addition to CPR, this course offers valuable information and skills to a first aider so that you will be effective until EMS arrives. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received confirmation of your reservation for the training course you will be liable for the entire course fee unless: 1) you give 7 full business days notification of cancellation, in which you will receive a full refund or transfer to another time agreed to by both parties at no cost or consequence. 2) you give 2 full business days notification of cancellation, in which you will receive a refund LESS a $50.00 deposit PER applicate. 3) you give LESS than 2 full business days notification or are a NO SHOW, in which you will receive NO refund, you will be liable for the entire course fee. Changes to course bookings must be done in over the telephone by Text or by Email. Text to 403-472-2733 with Company name and dates being cancelled. Email to travelling4uinstructor@gmail.com with CANCELLATION in the subject line and Company name and dates in the body.
